You may return any product purchased from PicturePavoTop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@picturepavotop.com with your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at contact@picturepavotop.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the incorrect or damaged item back to us.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
